What is Grad Crew?
It's a Stanford tradition that plays a crucial role in helping to create a memorable and well-organized Commencement Week experience for graduates and their families and friends.
Being part of the Grad Crew can be a rewarding experience for students who enjoy event planning, teamwork, and contributing to the success of important university events. Students are hired to setup and take down tables, chairs, and other equipment at graduation sites across campus during Commencement week.

Wednesday, June 10 through Sunday, June 14
±8 hours a day
Additional shifts available Monday, 6/8, Tuesday, 6/9 and Monday, 6/15
